What is counselling?
Counselling provides a supportive, confidential space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences with a trained professional.
It helps people gain new perspectives on their challenges, offering fresh insights into how they view themselves and their situations.
Through this process, individuals can develop a deeper understanding of their emotions, behaviours, and relationships, enabling them to address personal difficulties more effectively.
With greater self-awareness, many people find they become more accepting and less self-critical, leading to improved self-confidence and emotional resilience.
Counselling is not about giving advice but about helping individuals find their own solutions and coping strategies. Over time, this process can lead to lasting and meaningful change, supporting a more balanced, satisfying, and fulfilling life.
